Quality Standards

Renaissance has ISO 9001 approval since 2009,. These quality approvals are essential to our company as they offer the assurance that our products are made to the highest standards.

As a rule we supply Certificates with all shipments and, as well as normal chemical analyses, we can offer full mechanical test results.

In addition, we have examination facilities that allow visual inspection up to 400x, linked to computer software that can produce digital or photographic images. We also have equipment that enables preparation and examination of cross sections of material.

All incoming material is visually inspected and PMI (Positive Material Identification) tested before processing begins. All our production material is checked during processing and on completion for size, properties and appearance as well as being 100% P.M.I. tested. A large percentage of our incoming orders are produced to an individual customer specification which may involve producing and proving trials prior to production.
