SpecificationsAvailable in seamless (up to 24" NB) or welded construction (up to 48" NB), sizes range from 1/2" to 48" NB in SCH 10 to XXS. Angles include 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, with long radius (1.5D) or short radius (1D) bends per ASME B16.9. Pressure ratings suit 150-2500 LBS classes.

 

SS 304 eccentric reducers are stainless steel buttweld fittings that connect pipes of different diameters while maintaining bottom alignment, ideal for drainage systems and pump inlets to prevent air pockets.  ​

Material Composition

Made from ASTM A403 WP304 grade, these contain up to 0.08% carbon, ≤2.00% manganese, ≤0.75% silicon, 18.0-20.0% chromium, 8.0-11.0% nickel, P≤0.045%, and S≤0.030% for corrosion resistance in mild environments.  ​

Mechanical Properties

They offer minimum 515 MPa tensile strength, 205 MPa yield strength, and 35% elongation, suitable for Class 150-2500 pressures and temperatures up to 800°C.  ​

Per ASME B16.9, sizes range 1/2"-60" NB in SCH 10S-XXS (e.g., 3/4"x1/2": large OD 26.9mm, small 21.3mm, height 38mm, 0.08kg; 2"x1": height 51mm, 0.31kg).  ​
